bat bdt Terms & Conditions — Your User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bat bdt platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on bat bdt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this agreement.
Minimum Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use bat bdt. Age verification is mandatory and enforced on all accounts.
Currency
All transactions on bat bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and supported banks.
One Account
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bat bdt account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Living Document
bat bdt may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Capitalised terms used but not defined in a specific section carry the meanings assigned to them here.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bat bdt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of their Account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any bet or wager on bat bdt. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bat bdt has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration, or who registered when under 18, will have their Account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage Player will be refunded where legally required, but any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.
Jurisdictional Eligibility
You must be accessing bat bdt from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. bat bdt makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from a Player's access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Personal Capacity
You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party. You must not register or use an Account on behalf of any other person or entity. All funds deposited into an Account must be the Player's own legitimately sourced funds — bat bdt does not accept deposits funded from third-party payment sources.
Mental Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been diagnosed with or are currently suffering from a gambling addiction, or who have previously self-excluded from bat bdt or any other gambling platform, are not eligible to register a new Account and must not attempt to circumvent any existing exclusion measures.

Account Registration & Verification
Registration Process
To access the full range of bat bdt services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. bat bdt reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on bat bdt. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bat bdt employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Account attempts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be closed and balances may be subject to review and forfeiture.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bat bdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bat bdt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
KYC Verification
bat bdt applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, upon a significant change in Account activity, or at any other time at bat bdt's discretion. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.
Accurate Information Obligation
All information provided during registration and throughout the Account lifecycle must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. bat bdt reserves the right to verify any information provided against third-party data sources and to request supporting documentation at any time. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Dormant Accounts
An Account is classified as dormant after a continuous period of 12 months without any login activity. bat bdt will provide advance notice before applying any dormancy administration fee to a dormant Account. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will be applied monthly until either the Account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in. Dormant Account reactivation is subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
bat bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat bdt does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit Terms
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per payment method as displayed in your Account's cashier section at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of confirmed payment gateway processing. bat bdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bat bdt accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. bat bdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.
Funds Security
Player funds held in bat bdt Accounts are maintained in dedicated payment accounts separate from bat bdt's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect Player funds in the event of bat bdt ceasing operations, though bat bdt does not guarantee the return of funds under all circumstances and Players should read the full Limitation of Liability section of these Terms.
Third-Party Payments
bat bdt strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals involving third-party payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account (bKash wallet, bank account, mobile financial service account) that is registered in the same name as the bat bdt Account holder. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account in the Account holder's own name. Third-party transactions may result in Account suspension pending investigation and return of funds to the originating payment source.
Currency & Exchange
All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat bdt does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process a payment is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider; bat bdt accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.
Failed or Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account but subsequently reversed or charged back by your payment provider, bat bdt reserves the right to reverse an equivalent amount from your Account Balance. If the Account Balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, bat bdt may suspend Account access until the shortfall is resolved. Deliberate chargebacks against confirmed deposits constitute fraudulent conduct and will result in permanent Account closure.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
bat bdt offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are governed by these general Terms & Conditions and by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Eligibility for Bonuses
Promotional offers are available only to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address. bat bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or limit the availability of any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (for example, 20x, 30x, or 40x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated. Certain game categories — typically live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements; the contribution rates applicable to each game category will be specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically. bat bdt is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is displayed in the Player's Account or promotion terms.
Abuse & Exploitation
bat bdt monitors all Account activity for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotion mechanics, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion with other Players. Where bonus abuse is identified, bat bdt reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account without further obligation.
Welcome Bonus
Available to new Players on their first deposit. Subject to minimum deposit threshold and wagering requirements as stated in the current promotion terms.
Seasonal Promotions
bat bdt runs seasonal campaigns tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events. Each carries its own specific terms.
Reload Bonuses
Periodic reload offers for existing Players. Eligibility criteria and wagering requirements vary by promotion and are communicated through Account notifications.
Loyalty Rewards
bat bdt recognises ongoing Player engagement through loyalty-based incentives. Terms for loyalty rewards are published in the relevant programme documentation.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
General Obligations
By using bat bdt, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use bat bdt in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure, interfere with other Players' use, or undermine the integrity of any game or sporting event.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat bdt and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using an Account under a false identity or another person's identity
- Accessing bat bdt from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other obfuscation tool
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with bat bdt games or systems
- Colluding with other Players or Game Provider employees to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
- Depositing funds sourced from illegal or third-party payment accounts
- Conducting deliberate chargebacks against confirmed deposits
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat bdt support staff or other Players
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any bat bdt content without written permission
Responsible Use of the Platform
bat bdt encourages all Players to use the platform responsibly. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of all games and betting markets is uncertain. You accept that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. bat bdt strongly recommends setting personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits — all of which are available in your Account settings after bat bdt login.
Reporting Obligations
If you become aware of any technical error, exploit, or game malfunction on the bat bdt platform, you are obligated to report it to bat bdt support immediately and to refrain from exploiting the issue. Any winnings generated as a result of a known technical error or exploit will be void regardless of the Account's good-faith status.
Match Fixing & Sports Integrity
bat bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match fixing, spot fixing, and any form of sports integrity corruption. Players who are found to have placed bets with knowledge of fixed outcomes, or who are involved in the fixing of sporting events, will have their Accounts permanently closed, all associated winnings forfeited, and details referred to the appropriate sporting and law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
bat bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without advance notice, where bat bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, or where bat bdt is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or operational reasons.
Grounds for Account Action
Circumstances that may lead to Account suspension or closure include, without limitation: provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder; identification of a duplicate Account; receipt of a chargeback claim; Account inactivity beyond the dormancy threshold; or any other circumstance that bat bdt reasonably determines to be in the interest of platform integrity, Player welfare, or legal compliance.
Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance — after deduction of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon Account closure under any circumstances.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting bat bdt support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Players who close their Account under a responsible gaming self-exclusion request are subject to the self-exclusion terms described in the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms, including the minimum exclusion period and the prohibition on re-registration during the exclusion window.
Appeals Process
If you believe that a bat bdt decision to suspend or close your Account has been made in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the Account action. bat bdt will review all appeals and provide a written response within 10 business days. bat bdt's decision on appeal is final and binding.
Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the bat bdt platform — including but not limited to the bat bdt brand name, logo, visual design, user interface elements, page layouts, written content, marketing materials, game lobby graphics, and promotional imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of bat bdt or is used under licence from the relevant Game Providers and third-party rights holders.
No element of the bat bdt platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, translated, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bat bdt or the applicable rights holder. Unauthorised use of bat bdt intellectual property constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
bat bdt grants registered Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat bdt platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, sublicence, or commercially exploit any bat bdt content, and is immediately revoked upon Account closure for any reason.
All Game Provider content (game titles, game mechanics, game artwork, and associated trademarks) remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. bat bdt makes no claims of ownership over any third-party game content accessible through the platform.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Platform Availability
bat bdt endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times and targets 99.9% uptime. However, bat bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance windows, connectivity issues, or technical failures beyond bat bdt's reasonable control. bat bdt reserves the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at any time.
Game Outcomes & RNG
All casino game outcomes on bat bdt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective Game Providers. bat bdt does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. All sports betting markets are settled based on verified official results from the relevant governing bodies. bat bdt accepts no liability for any dissatisfaction with game outcomes or sports betting results.
Third-Party Services
bat bdt integrates with third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) and Game Providers whose services are subject to their own terms, availability, and technical constraints. bat bdt accepts no liability for delays, errors, or failures attributable to third-party service providers. Any disputes relating to payment processing should be raised with bat bdt support in the first instance; bat bdt will liaise with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf where possible.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat bdt's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
bat bdt shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, even if bat bdt has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Amendments to These Terms
bat bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's product offering, changes in payment processing arrangements, or updates required to address unforeseen circumstances affecting platform operations.
When material changes are made to these Terms, bat bdt will provide notice to registered Players via Account notification, email, or a prominent notice on the bat bdt platform homepage. The revised Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply. It is each Player's responsibility to review updated Terms promptly upon notification.
Continued use of the bat bdt platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised agreement in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the bat bdt platform immediately and contact support to close your Account. bat bdt will process any outstanding verified real-money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.
bat bdt may also update these Terms to correct typographical errors, improve clarity, or restructure sections for readability without these constituting material changes. Non-material updates take effect immediately upon publication and do not require specific Player notification.
